The construction sector is one of the biggest industries in the UK (and the world) and is now seeing a slow and phased return to a level of normality: working life. As a huge crutch of the economy, the construction industry will play a huge part of building up revenue and spending for workers and materials. However, everyone in the industry needs to play a part for a safe and stable return.

Social distancing is key to slowing and limiting the spread of the virus, and by making small adjustments to the way we work we could make a huge difference to the spread of COVID-19. As one of the first industries returning to work during the lockdown period, it's likely that the industry will feel some pressure to catch up on lost time and missed work.
