Winners! Barchester Property Awards

The Pacy & Wheatley team were proud to attend Barchester Healthcare's first ever presentation evening for the Barchester Property Awards! These awards were for Barchester's "WOW" Framework Partners, and we were winners of Contractor of the Year 2019 and Site Manager of the Year 2019.

This was great news, and a fantastic achievement for our team! The awards demonstrate our team's continued commitment to our continuous improvement in the management and delivery of refurbishments for Barchester's care homes across the country.

We have seen this sector grow over the past three years, and have carried out 13 successful renovations to date across the North East and North West regions of the United Kingdom.

We thoroughly enjoy our working relationship and partnering experience with Barchester Healthcare. We're looking forward to working with the Barchester team in the upcoming year and beyond to roll out further framework refurbishments and extensions.

Anthony Wheatley led the team at the awards and said,

"It was great to be involved in this evening's awards, which have been a great success both for ourselves and for the WOW framework. The tone of the evening was just right, enabling a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and a chance to chat and share experiences across all levels, developing the framework ethos.

"Hearing of some of the great project results the framework is delivering across the country, I was surprised and especially proud of our company's achievements at both site level and company level in receiving these awards. A huge thanks and congratulations to our own Mr Craig Petty, who collected the Site Manage of the Year 2019 Award.
