Project Description
Pacy and Wheatley Educational Construction project works consisted of the construction of a new sixth form block principally built of traditional cavity-wall construction, steel frame, Architectural Curtain walling, profile steel roof, pre-cast concrete suspended floors, fittings and fixtures and associated services and installations together with external works, drainage and services. Also included in the build was a full commercial catering facility.

Working to a tight construction program to ensure delivery of the project to achieve opening for the new school term and pupil intake.
