The site backed on to beautiful woodland areas which were highlighted and open. The facility enjoyed lounge areas, kitchen dining room and specialist sensory area for relaxation. The terrace area was constructed to provide a peaceful retreat for residents to enjoy, complete with discrete systems to comply with the CSCI regulations. The front of the building was carefully landscaped around the large sloping car park with secure fencing to enclose the rear. The project is an OSC timber frame building clad with brick, render and art stone ensuring clean lines and pleasing aesthetics.
