Pacy & Wheatley are delighted to have been appointed by Cinnamon Luxury Care to deliver a new 80 Bed, Care Home Construction in Sheffield.
The project Features individual bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private dining, a café, hair and beauty salon, and a cinema, along with dedicated lounge and dining areas on each floor, the scheme will provide first-class residential facilities for the local community.
Works commenced on site on the 4th May 2021 and will be complete quarter number three 2022.
The Challenge
The build challenges include a sloping site, basement and stepped construction together with limited access to the site and the perimeter to build - within a residential setting.
The Pacy & Wheatley Team are very much looking forward to building a first-class care home, in a stunning setting, that we are sure will become an integral part of the community for many years to come.
