Families In Construction

We've strived to make the Pacy & Wheatley Group a fantastic place to work for 50 years; there's a reason we were one of the first construction companies in the UK to be accredited with the Investors in People standard! Dave's always aimed for the best when it comes to managing staff. Pacy & Wheatley are proud to be a truly family led company – but that doesn't stop at just Anthony, Craig and Dave Wheatley.

Fathers, sons, brothers and sisters work together across the three Pacy & Wheatley divisions – Construction, Acoustics and Interiors – creating an authentic family dynamic. Pacy & Wheatley Construction Operations and Commercial Director Nigel Chambers employs his son, Alex, as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for the Construction division, reminiscent of Anthony and Craig's early days working for their dad. John and Ian Dugher are another father son team, working closely together within Pacy & Wheatley Construction.

It's not just father son teams making up the family dynamics either. Sisters Charlotte Wheatley and Lauren Wheatley work within the Interiors and Construction divisions of Pacy & Wheatley respectively – no relation to the rest of the Wheatleys! Tim and Mark Scott are brothers, working very closely together within Pacy & Wheatley Interiors. Tim's the Commercial and Operations Manager of the Interiors division, while Mark works as the Senior Project Manager. Mark's experience in the Construction, Interior Fit Outs and Shop Fitting industries spans over 3 decades.

And, of course, Anthony and Craig Wheatley have been at the forefront of Pacy & Wheatley's expansion into separate Construction, Acoustics and Interiors division, working closely with their father over the past 25 years. They work together to make sure Pacy & Wheatley is a fantastic place to work for all the family.
