Morgan Sindall Later Living (MSLL) have led the development of this project in partnership with The Council of the City of York (the landlord), the Universities Superannuation Scheme (the funder and building owner) and HC One (housing association and registered provider), culminating in the achievement of Practical Completion in November 2020. Pacy & Wheatley Ltd were appointed as main contactor in November 2019 under a JCT design and build contract following a very competitive tender and due diligence process by ourselves to carry out a new 11000 sq ft warehouse extension. This also included alterations and upgrades to the existing manufacturing facility, including mechanical and electrical services and associated external concrete yards, drainage and landscaping works.
