Minsthorpe Careers Fair

Pacy & Wheatley are always delighted to be involved with the local community, whether we're taking part in a charity boat race or offering site visits to local students to give them an insight into the construction industry. This week, Kevin Smallman, Alan Longden, Joe Ridgeway and Alex Chambers from the Pacy & Wheatley Team attended a careers fair at Minsthorpe Community College.
The careers fair helps students gain an insight into the many different career paths available, to help guide their future career choices. We have also previously completed classroom presentations for the students, helping to give them a deeper look at what we do and what it's like to work in construction.
We are glad to support the event, as we are currently working at the college. We have already completed phase 1 and are now nearing completion of phase 2 of works at the college. Visit our Live Projects page for more information on our project at Minsthorpe Community College.
