Year End Presentation & Awards 2019

Before the Christmas break, Pacy & Wheatley held our annual year's end meeting; a get together of all employees, for a presentation outlining our plans and accomplishments, and to show our appreciation of everyone's hard work throughout 2018.
This year's presentation focused upon cooperation and synergy as a company. Andy Cave, a World Class Mountaineer, gave a motivational speech on his extraordinary experiences throughout his work and illustrated the crucial, yet transferable lessons of collaborating as a team.
Teamwork is at the heart of our company ethos.
Awards were presented by Pacy & Wheatley's founder, David Wheatley, as follows:

Project of the Year - Minsthorpe Community College - Derek (Site Manager), Andy (Senior Quantity Surveyor) and Brian (Finishing Foreman)
Employee of the Year - Joe (Construction Manager)
