Systematic planning was required to ensure deliveries arrived on site in a timely manner, not to cause delays to the programme. A methodical plan was designed to enable access for deliveries due to the extremely restricted access. This forward planning ensured the safety of pupils with deliveries being made during lesson times.

To further reinforce the safety of pupils, fencing was erected to secure the site and prevent access for unauthorised people. A procedure was put in place to ensure the safety of operatives gaining access to another site through our compound. Constant communication with the contractor further helped to establish safe passage through the site.

Achieving delivery of the project on time and eliminating all obstacles throughout the project to assure this.
