Project Description

A brand new Care Home Facility, representing a significant project in healthcare construction in Derby, located in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, for our new client Care Concern Group, along with Vestar Group Ltd (Architects), Rolton Group Ltd (Engineers), Betton Consulting (M&E), and Neo Projects Ltd (Employers Agent). Excited to get this one started as we expand our business into the Midlands. The scheme comprises a 72-bed care home with a design and build approach, featuring cut and fill, vibro piling, on-site attenuation, traditional masonry construction, designer interior finishes, fixtures and fittings, external roads, car parks, and soft landscaping, along with sections 278 and 38 works, as well as off-site and highways and drainage connections.
Another great initiative to demonstrate the P&W capability and continued support for care providers and developers in this sector by the team.
