Project Description
Pacy & Wheatley have completed an extensive healthcare refurbishment at Thistle Hill in Knaresborough for our repeat Client, Barchester Healthcare as they continue to partner with Main Contractors to deliver an impressive upgrade and rollout programme. The allocated changes for this project consisted of a wide-ranging refurbishment throughout the existing care home; including alterations and renovations to the Reception and Welcome Zone, and upgrades to certain Assisted Bathroom and Shower Room, Bedrooms with En-suites and re-modelling to create an in-house Hair Salon and restoration to the Administrative Office areas.
The Challenge
Pacy and Wheatley Ltd ensured all works were conducted in a considerate manner, with the Home’s Staff and Residents at the forethought throughout the project to avoid adverse disturbances.
The Home remained live throughout the duration of the refurbishment works.
