Project Description
The New build of a leisure suite facility including a swimming pool, spa and steam room, gym and changing areas. Also provided was a welcoming reception, lounge and dining areas and a new Catering kitchen facility. The build was of traditional nature with cavity masonry, traditional roof incorporating structural steelwork, pan-tile roof covering

Shared access with Golf Club members for deliveries and contractors vehicles
Delivering the project with minimum disruption to the neighbouring golf club and members

Good site management and daily person appointed to ensure the access routes where maintained clean and tidy throughout the build.
