Breaking Ground on Luxury Care Home Project

Starting work on a state-of-the-art care home is something Pacy & Wheatley relish. See how the older residents of Bradway will have a place to call home.
Pacy & Wheatley are happy to announce it has started on one of its latest projects as part of its ongoing commitment to quality care home construction. Work is currently underway on a new Cinnamon Care Collection care home. As part of a £12 million building development to provide care home residents in Bradway, Sheffield; with state-of-the-art respite residential and dementia senior care, Pacy & Wheatley are working on an 80 bedroom luxury care home to provide top-tier services in this in-demand sector - view the project here to watch our drone footage.
This luxury care home is due to open at the end of 2022, and will include the following facilities:
- Private dining room.
- On-site cinema.
- Cafe – Bar.
- Landscaped gardens.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on 22 July and is the start of an exciting period of change for Pacy & Wheatley. This project poses a unique challenge, in the form of work with the unique ground topography of the area. Every floor needs direct access to the gardens as well as a dedicated dementia garden. This project will offer state-of-the-art care, delivering the care with dignity and respect in a high-quality environment. The work also includes the installation of luxurious ensuite rooms and six suites containing en-suite bedrooms, lounges, and kitchenettes.
